Amazing ramen, the broth had a lot of flavor and the portions are great for what you pay for and the quality of the food is great!! Will definitely be coming again.

Amazing Food Service, Amazing Food, the best staff in have ever encountered were so caring and helpful for me and my friends. Thank you so much T Kumi!!!!!

We found this spot off google and this is our new chill spot for good ramen! You order and pay on the tablets and the young lady brought us our food and overall she was very helpful and super sweet! the only thing we were disappointed in was the kimchi it was very watery and had barely any flavor. we will definitely be back and the were playing Korra on the tv so we also loved that

Located in West Davis, at the Westlake plaza on the second floor. Ramen, rice bowls, and tea drinks. Walk in, order at the tablet or front counter, there are many options and combos as well. I ordered a tonkotsu ramen for dine-in ($15.73 with tax). You pick where you sit, and you will get served your food. I do love the amount of chashu pieces, but I think the chashu can be char for flavor. The broth is pretty salty, water cups are available. In terms of the size, there was enough noodles, toppings, protein in the ramen. Overall, a great place to get ramen or rice bowls or boba. As for the restroom, it is outside, make sure you the front counter for the code.

We were on the west side of town today and wanted lunch. I had previously gotten a take-out rice bowl and liked it a lot so I figured my husband would like the food. There are two kiosks to place your order but we had a lot of questions so asked the young man at the counter to explain the options. He then took our order. We both ordered ramen bowls to eat in the restaurant. He had the tonkotsu broth with chashu pork. I had the Wonton bowl. Our food came out pretty quickly and both bowls were beautifully composed with colorful items on top. The flavors matched the look of the bowls. I especially liked the softly boiled egg, the yolk added richness to the broth. We both really enjoyed our lunches and had quite a lot left over to take home. We both look forward to our leftovers and hope errands take us back to West Davis soon.

Great spot!!!! We have been here about 6 times. Every time we come the food and service is great! As you walk you you order from the digital kiosk and it has pics of the food for reference which is very helpful. Some items don't have pics like the fries. Our food came out hot in a timely manner.

Off the beaten path for sure! As I turned into the plaza, my first thoughts were "Uh, hope it's not permanently closed ... uh where the heck is it?" Then I saw the signage, up on the 2nd floor. Up a steep, enclosed stairway, kinda spooky. Once inside it was comfy, cozy and spacious. Saw the order kiosk and entered in our order. Had to order beer directly from the cashier, not available via kiosk. Food came out promptly. Ramen was delicious and presented beautifully. The tobiko fries were interesting and tasty, the onion pancake was good too. I love tasty, creative snacks, goes great with my Asahi! Not crazy about having to walk out and down the walkway for the restroom so I just didn't go. Heard a code is required too, gotta get that from the attendant. I would definitely visit this spot more if it was in a better location, like DTWN.

Okay, decided to try this place again before giving a review because I wasn't impressed the first time around. I'm giving it 4 stars because compared to the ramen places I've been to nearby, T-Kumi's blows them out of the water in terms of presentation, ingredients included, and wait time. What I take away a star for would be the broth and freshness of the ingredients. The first time I tried this place I ordered the black garlic tonkotsu. The flavor of the broth was too overwhelming for my liking and seemed a bit oily. Came back yesterday and ordered a regular tonkotsu and was much more pleased. The broth isn't creamy, which is what I hope for with tonkotsu, the chashu slices were a little cold, and the bamboo shoots were too hard to eat. Overall, for decent priced decent ramen, I suppose T-Kumi's is the place to go.
